1. I DO NOT give refunds for any individual readings or healings. If you need to reschedule your appointment please email me as soon as possible at sageandseekertarot@gmail.com.
2. Refunds for party bookings are only available if I am advised at least 24 hours prior to the booking date. I WILL NOT give you a refund if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
3. No readings or healings are ever intended to take the place of medical, legal or financial advice. If you need help beyond any reading or energy healing please contact the appropriate professional.
4. I reserve the right to terminate a reading or a healing if you show up under the influence of drugs or alcohol and/or if you become abusive in any way.

my policies
1. I do not do readings that are focused on anyone other than my client. I will not tell you what’s going on with someone else. If your issue pertains to a relationship it should involve you directly and your reading will be focused on what you can do in that situation.
2. I always read and interpret the cards to the best of my ability using both my technical knowledge of the cards and my intuitive abilities. I don’t predict the future or provide exact times or dates for things to transpire.
3. I can only give clients information that the cards reveal. Sometimes that may not be what is wanted but it will always be the truth.
4. I will not share your personal information nor reveal any personal issues discussed without your consent. The only exception to this is if it becomes clear that you may cause harm to yourself or another.
5. I am not a licensed medical, legal, or financial professional and will not give out advice or guidance in any of these areas. Anything shared around these topics is purely anecdotal from my personal life experience and not meant to be taken as professional advice.
6. You are welcome to contact me if you need a little more clarity around something I said in an individual reading. However if you want to dig deeper or veer into other territory I will recommend that you book another session so we can examine what the cards have to say about it.
Due to the pace and number of readings conducted at a party event I cannot provide more clarity for party guests.
7. If I can’t send you your tarot reading when I say I will I’ll contact you as soon as possible to advise when it will be available. Life happens! The internet might crash or an emergency may take priority.
8. All my readings will give you insight into situations as they are at the time so you can decide what to do and how to act. I’m a strong believer that nothing is written in stone and no reading is guaranteed to play out exactly as it appears in the cards.
9. My energy healings are designed to help your body remove blockages and stagnant energy around you for the greatest good of all concerned. A healing is not a guarantee of improved health or well-being. If you are ill please seek medical advice.
